香港大專盃男子籃球決賽2019，在03月31日舉行，珠海學院大批支持者入場支持學院球隊，現場氣氛熱鬧。支持者都穿上印有「珠海籃球」的汗衣，吶喊助威，為球隊打氣。珠海學院曾於第三節尾段以56：54反超前城市大學，但最後仍以73：68不敵城市大學球隊。
