香港由一個漁港發展成爲國際金融中心，小小的城市承載著不同的風情，也有著一代又一代人的共同回憶。城市急速地前進，加上科技的推動，身邊許多事物都變了樣：工廠遷移，小店鋪相繼結業，充滿歷史價值的地標，因發展而拆卸、改建。連繫著無數港人的舊事舊物，在無聲無色中離場。要祭奠這城市的過去，卻只能夠靠照片留下的光影。
