在香港眾多百年地標中，油麻地果欄自 1910 年代落成以來，始終維持着全港水果批發樞紐的原貌。很多人以為只是「換個地方買賣」，卻忽略攤檔背後連著生活節奏與彼此信任——離開了，生計和歸屬感就容易一起鬆動。將鏡頭拉近，油麻地果欄不只是賣貨，也容得下試味與議價，用人情把價格變得有溫度。若未來要論轉型或重建，也許先別急著抹去交易的場域與身影，讓習慣這條路的人也能繼續留下來，讓文化有地方繼續呼吸。(羅海晴)
