商戶無牌賣生蠔食環無投訴不執法

不少港人喜愛吃生蠔，近年很多店舖應運而生。但原來生蠔及被列為限制食物，需要申請相關的牌照方可以岀售。經記者查證，至少有四間店舖未獲准許而售賣限制出售的食物，涉嫌違規。

食環署職員坦言，有店舖「偷雞」走法律邊緣，無牌售賣受管制食物。

業內人士表示，高昂的成本可能是部分店舖挺而走險的原因。又指食環人員人手有限，未必能一眼關七，在巡查時有困難。
