【台灣大選】民進黨實現府院全取姚立明：蔡須與友黨合作以便施政順利

民進黨主席蔡英文在參選時提到，要在立法院取得過半議席，達到府院全取的目標，使民進黨可以全面執政，推動台灣改革。如今選舉大局而定，民進黨成功達到府院全取，並由前屏東縣長蘇嘉全，當選為首位民進黨的立法院長，但是否代表民進黨日後施政更順利，成功開始改革的每一哩路？

同時，代表新興政治勢力的「時代力量」首次參選獲得5席，一躍成為第三大政黨。他們不單代表新政黨勢力加入，亦是參政年輕化的體現。

國會觀察基金會董事長姚立明認為，新興的政治力量愈來愈獲得年輕人支持，意味著民進黨未來必須要跟他們合作，以便施政順利。
