【新界東補選】湯家驊指楊岳橋勝出機會大

因辭職而導致立法會要補選的民主思路召集人湯家驊指，是次選舉只有黃成智的政治理念與自己相似，又表示自己既沒有投給民建聯周浩鼎，也沒有投票投給「徒弟」楊岳橋。他又表示，根據自己收到的消息，楊岳橋的勝出機會較大。

湯家驊早前在社交網站表示自己已到票站投票，又指是次投票決定屬「忠義兩難全」，他又說：「沒錯，為了怎樣投這一票，實在掙扎了很久。怎麼老是要我在兩者之間作出選擇？最後，我還是跟隨我的政治理念，而非已逝之感情，行使我的公民權利。」

湯去年成立中間路線組織「民主思路」，他在政改方案被否決後，宣布退出公民黨及辭任立法會議員，引發是次補選。
