【亞視再會】未有向亞視付800萬德勤指中國文化傳媒違協議

亞洲電視臨時清盤人德勤3月7日晚上發表聲明，指中國文化傳媒違反協定條款，未有提供800萬的即時款項予亞視，德勤會考慮採取一切適當的行動。

德勤發表的聲明指，根據中國文化傳媒集團有限公司（「中國文化傳媒」）與德勤於上星期五所達成並經法院批署的協議，中國文化傳媒需於指定時限前，安排一筆共港幣800萬的資金以協定方式支付予亞視。但截至今日（7日）中午，中國文化傳媒沒有遵守協定之條款, 足額提供該筆即時款項予亞視。

另外，德勤較早前亦澄清，上星期亞視管理層與員工的協議，要求員工不能追討1月和2月欠薪，與德勤無關。
